HEADSTART MUSIC BOSTON

The Headstart Music Boston Program was launched in the Fall of 2024, in partnership with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Dorchester. Small group lessons are conducted on a weekly basis at the club on Saxophone, Flute, Clarinet, Trumpet, Trombone, and Percussion.

Beginner-level instruction will cover the basics on how to assemble and take care of instruments, understanding basing music notation, analyzing rhythms, and playing beginner-level solo and band pieces from the Essential Elements workbook.
